1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PrayerRipple mobile or web application (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• To register, you must provide an email or mobile phone, display name, and password.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Accounts may be suspended or terminated at the discretion of Happy Hardens Ministries, LLC for misuse or violation of these Terms.

3. User Content & Ownership

Users retain ownership of any content they create (prayers, praise reports, comments, images). By uploading content, you grant Happy Hardens Ministries, LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and share that content within the app.

We reserve the right to moderate or remove content deemed offensive, abusive, spam, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate. Content moderation may involve human reviewers and/or AI.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for:

• Spam, harassment, hate speech, or sexual content.
• Commercial advertising without permission.
• Automated/bot access without authorization.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

5. Payments & Premium Features

• Premium community administration features are billed monthly through Square.
• Fees are based on usage during the previous month and billed at the end of that month.
• Payments are non-refundable.
• Premium services may be suspended for non-payment.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific outcomes (including prayer outcomes).

Limitation of liability: Happy Hardens Ministries, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. In all cases, our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time. Content associated with your account will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
• We may suspend or delete accounts without warning if they violate these Terms.

8. Notifications & Communication

We may send emails, SMS messages, and push notifications for account verification, security, account activity, and updates. Marketing emails may also be sent but you may opt out of non-essential communications.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and app, and continued use of the Service indicates acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
